Pray North Olympic Peninsula

Praying for the North Olympic Peninsula

About Pray North Olympic Peninsula

Our Vision

Our vision is the establishment of 24/7 prayer and worship on the North Olympic Peninsula (NOP) by several area churches committing to one day a month for intercession and praise.

The Method

The method: 30+ churches on the NOP each taking one day a month to cover local churches and the peninsula in prayer. We want to pray for God’s will to be done in every area of society—arts/media, business, church, government, education, family and healthcare. As local churches pray in agreement for these “kingdom needs,” we look forward to seeing God ‘s work in answer to our prayers. We will post these answers, so we can recognize and thank God for His work.

How to Get Started

Prayerfully identify a coordinator in your church to gather pray-ers to cover an available 24-hour period. This coordinator will gather the pray-ers and then put them on a schedule, midnight to midnight, each one taking a slot on the schedule. For example, you might have 24 pray-ers each taking one hour, or 48 people each taking a ½ hour.
Choose a day for your 24-hour watch and invite people to commit to pray.
Prayer needs are posted and updated regularly on the website. These will be sent to the prayer coordinator monthly.
Pray!
